Everyone can now reduce stress with the use of relaxation music, positive affirmations and guided imagery.  Enhanced Healing is now introducing a special brand of relaxation music, positive affirmations and hypnotherapy recordings to help those who needs to reduce stress.  Originally developed in a counseling setting, our relaxation music, positive affirmation and hypnosis recordings are now available to anyone who wants to reduce stress and experience health and well being.

The cause of stress will be found in ones perception or way of thinking.  As we know, how a person thinks effects, if not determines, how he feels and also, how he will behave or act.  Emotions are merely the result of a person having certain thoughts or thinking in a particular way.  The thinking process that tends to be the primary cause of stress is one in which the person has a negative perception of himself.  Poor self esteem is a major component in creating and experiencing stress.

The most important question is how can you go about reducing and even eliminating your experience of stress.  The only true and effective way to go about changing a person's experience of stress is to change ones thinking and in particular, the way a person thinks about themselves and their life, about their value and worth as a human being.  The experience of stress will be reduced if not eliminated when the individual transforms his self esteem and creates a more positive and healthy self image.

1.  Relaxation Music, Healing Music, Relaxing Music, Sleep Music.  Listening to music, in particular relaxation music, can help you to reduce stress by directly relaxing your body and also  by beginning to interrupt your thinking and thought process.  When you listen to relaxation music your attention is slowly starting to be directed away from what you are thinking about to the experience of the music.  As you think or experience more and more of the music your stress level will start to drop or lessen.

2.  Positive Affirmations.  Using positive affirmations will directly affect a person's thoughts and beliefs.  When a person is experiencing stress he tends to be having or thinking many negative thoughts.  Listening to positive affirmations starts to imprint positive thoughts into the person's mind, thoughts that will begin to negate or replace the negative ones.  As one is listening to positive affirmations there will be a tendency for the individual to focus more on what he is listening to at the moment and as a result reduce his stress level.

3.  Guided Imagery.  Using guided imagery directly effects that way a person thinks about himself, others and life in general.  Guided imagery will first direct a person's thoughts towards relaxing and second towards altering or changing the structure or way he thinks about something like a specific event or even himself.  As a person follows the directions given in guided imagery he will start to think differently about whatever it is that he is focusing on.  Guided imagery can be the most powerful of the three for transforming a person's perception of himself.

When you decide to use relaxation music, positive affirmations and hypnotherapy to reduce your stress it is important to remember a few things.  The positive and lasting effect of using relaxation music, positive affirmations and guided imagery comes only from their repeated use, daily use.  It is also important to find time during the day when you will be free and have no distractions.  Also, when you are listening to the music ensure that you are relaxed, sitting in a chair or lying down with your eyes closed.  Lastly the ideal way to get the full effect is to use quality stereo headphones.
